Aimee Rose is a passionate and lifelong learner of dance and the arts of movement.

Aimee is a dancer’s dancer, meaning she loves all types of dance but currently specializes in Jamaican Dancehall, dance fitness, yoga, and stilt dancing/walking. She has also been a professional performer in styles such as Brazilian Samba, Indian Bhangra and Bollywood, Haitian Folklore, and continues to study Cuban Folklore and Salsa.

What Aimee loves most about R&M (and there are so many reasons to love R&M) is its community—all the beautiful and brilliant movers in the space; its party vibe—no pressure for perfection, just move and have fun; the other R&M teachers—each so unique and inspiring; and all the sweaty joy it sparks in every class.
